By completing the registration process and creating a basa 88 account, or by accessing or using any part of the basa 88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
basa 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the basa 88 platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any basa 88 service. Access to basa 88 is permitted only where it does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. basa 88 makes no representation that the services offered are legally accessible in all territories. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the basa 88 platform is strictly restricted to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active basa 88 account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. basa 88 is an adult-only platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing under any circumstances.
- You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of basa 88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from basa 88 or any affiliated platform.
basa 88 employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Where a member cannot satisfactorily verify their age, their account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed. In cases where a member is confirmed to be under 18, all funds deposited will be returned to the payment source (minus any bonus or promotional funds, which shall be forfeited), and the account will be permanently closed.
basa 88 encourages all members with children or young persons in their household to make use of third-party parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices. We accept no liability for underage access resulting from a member's failure to secure their account credentials.
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of basa 88 services — including deposits, gameplay, betting, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) basa 88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, basa 88 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances held within those accounts, and apply restrictions to the verified primary account at its sole discretion.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
basa 88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing a member's first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where basa 88 deems verification necessary — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of registered mobile wallet, bank statement)
- A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where requested
KYC verification typically completes within two (2) hours of all required documents being submitted. basa 88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Members who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request may have their accounts suspended. basa 88 will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your basa 88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. basa 88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
basa 88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions on the basa 88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). basa 88 does not accept cryptocurrency payments or international card transactions at this time.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, however basa 88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that are unusually large or that appear inconsistent with a member's stated profile. Deposits are credited to your basa 88 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. basa 88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. basa 88 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Where a third-party deposit is identified, basa 88 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account pending investigation, and request documentary evidence of the deposit source.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in the member's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. basa 88 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits that have not been used in any game round may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification. basa 88 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if the account is subject to an active investigation, a pending KYC review, or a suspected breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions
basa 88 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before opting in.
Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the stated minimum qualifying deposit amount. The welcome bonus is available to new members only — one claim per person, per household, and per payment method. Welcome bonus funds are credited to the member's bonus balance immediately upon deposit confirmation.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received (not the deposit amount). Only wagers placed on games and markets designated as eligible in the specific promotion's terms contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
basa 88 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings in the following circumstances:
- The member has registered more than one account and claimed the same promotion multiple times
- The member has used automated tools, betting systems, or coordinated group strategies designed to systematically extract value from promotional offers
- The member has provided false information during registration
- The member has not complied with the specific terms of the relevant promotion
- basa 88 has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been misused or abused
General Bonus Conditions
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) are withdrawable. Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion's terms. basa 88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a member has already opted in and is actively working towards fulfilment of that promotion's wagering requirements.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a member of basa 88, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances (including real-money balances where fraud is established), and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your basa 88 account
- Money laundering: Using the basa 88 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, or exploit table game dynamics in a coordinated manner
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate game interfaces, or make decisions on your behalf
- Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, odds discrepancies, or game mechanics in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play
- Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, or providing false documentation during KYC verification
- Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been used in gaming activity
- Platform interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the basa 88 platform, its software, databases, or infrastructure
basa 88 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, basa 88 may temporarily suspend account access, delay withdrawals, and request additional verification documentation while an investigation is conducted. Members have the right to respond to any investigation findings and to appeal decisions through the support channel at [email protected].
Account Suspension and Closure
basa 88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity
- Account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 years of age
- Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for financial crime
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring account restriction
Where an account is suspended for investigation, basa 88 will communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter within two (2) business days, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings under investigation) held in suspended accounts that are ultimately cleared of wrongdoing will be returned to the member.
Member-Initiated Closure
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, basa 88 will confirm the member's identity and ensure any pending withdrawals are processed. Bonus balances and unwagered bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closures for responsible gaming purposes (including self-exclusion) are processed with priority and take effect within 24 hours of the verified request.
Responsible Gaming
basa 88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that for a minority of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those players seriously. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and basa 88 with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
basa 88 reserves the right to take legal action in respect of any breach of these Terms that results in financial loss, reputational damage, or harm to other members of the platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as determined by basa 88 at its sole discretion.
